Very poor customer service! I went in a few minutes after they opened. I never got a "Hello" or anything. I had to provide the customer service by saying " How are you?" "Are you having a good day today?" I never heard her say anything. I was never asked what I wanted or anything, she just stood there while I decided. I don't think I will be returning. The cookies weren't to die for in my opinion.
The store is small with limited seating. The cookies and brownies are amazing but not cheap. The employee that I dealt with was great.
Second time ordering from here. Was told it would be 30 minutes minutes for delivery. 90 minutes later no order. Was told there was only "one delivery driver and that they were waiting on him to get back." Poor service.
I understand that there are very busy nights, I know that it usually happens very unexpectedly as well. However, having only one cook and one driver available does not cut it in this world, especially when the driver is carrying 4-6 orders out at a time. I called my order in at 12:07am, and did not receive my order until 2:32am. I love cookies as much as the next person, but a two hour wait time is way too much. However, the customer service department was very helpful and helped resolve the issue. I know of 4 orders tonight that were cancelled, and of 2 more waiting to have theirs delivered. The store is only open for another 10 minutes, I doubt they will have theirs soon. Hopefully these issues will be resolved at a later date.
