Really cool shop to visit. Their product selection is a little sparse if you aren't a Specialized fan, but overall pretty solid. Shop prices are not terribly expensive (merchandise prices are pretty high, though), and I'm sure if you look like you can drop $2,500 on a bike, you'll get good service.
Unbelievable customer service and very knowledgeable staff. I chose to purchase a bike elsewhere and immediately regretted not buying from these guys. They were still kind and very helpful, even though I didn't buy from them. Next time I know where to shop!
Brought my old and neglected bike in and got great help from Alex making it ride like new again, better than when I bought it! Had to order parts but they got me a great price and explained every detailed, taught me a lot! Super helpful staff, and willing to answer questions and provide suggestions when asked, or just let you alone while you browse. I'll definitely be back next time I need help!
I'm new to the whole Mt. Biking experience and the guys here are great. They stuck with me and helped me find the perfect bike for me. They also have a nice little selection to choose from. They also explain in detail how to take care of your bike and pretty much anything you need to know as a beginner.
Excellent customer service. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are high, but you get what you pay for. They only have quality parts and bikes, and it's worth it. Don't go anywhere else for a bike or service.
