Horrible, horrible customer service. I tried on a dress with shoes. I loved the dress, but couldn't decide on the shoes. I debated for a while then decided I would ask the employee's opinion. Without looking up from the front desk computer she said, "If you want it, get it. If you don't want it, don't get it." I was extremely surprised by her response. When I told her I was torn between two sizes, she responded, "I can't make that decision for you." If the employee doesn't want to do her job, she shouldn't be employed there. This poor excuse for customer service cost "Swanky B" a purchase and my business. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
I visited Starkville the other week and stopped into Swanky B. They have such a cute selection! I was very impressed with their sizing options and customer service as well. I am glad I can order online and stay in the loop!
My wife went in not knowing what she wanted exactly. By the time she came out, she was happy, so I was happy. She's excited about going back. See you soon.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive had negative experiences with employees here on multiple occasions, but the last time was absolutely infuriating. A friend of mine noticed a hole in a dress as she was trying it on. The dress was NOT too tight, and the hole was very large. As soon as we mentioned it, the employee immediately rushed over, barely glanced at the hole, accused my friend of ripping the dress, AND told us we weren't allowed to try on anything else. If my friend had ripped it, we would have heard it and the dress would have been tight, but the employee refused to talk to us about it besides repeatedly blaming my friend.
It was ok. Nice, but not really engaging staff. They didn't help with selections or offer any suggestions. There were some fashionable selections. Higher prices. Good size range. One mislabeled item to be returned because although labeled size "large", it was actually size "small". Store has a 3 day return policy.
