The colonoscopy went as well as it could but the office charged a co-pay that was covered by the insurance. They keep telling me it will be in the mail - but my visit was in July, colonoscopy in August, I went to the office in person in October and was told it would be sent the first of November and have called three times since and told the "office manager" is not available and they would give her a message or I left one on the machine. $35 may not be much to them but they have had use of it for 7 months....The interest is accruing and I am getting more impatient. Would not pay them until the insurance comes through next time. See if they would like to wait for 7 months to be paid!
