Went here today because I was running fever and body aches from coughing so bad. Waited patiently for 1.5 hours until we were seen by anyone and the doctor was very rude and described my throat as "disgusting" as if I didn't already know that and then said "gross" referring to my condition. Then the nurse testing me for strep and flu was extremely rough and impatient with me. This was very unprofessional and insensitive of "medical professionals". The only reason this review is getting 2 stars is because the nurse that gave me my vaccine was exceptionally nice and I made sure to tell her how appreciative I was for her kindness. Overall I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone, and I won't be coming here again.
There is a bit of a wait, but once in they take care of you. Very nice and very helpful. I even bring my employees there when they get sick.
They quickly figured out that I had strep and were so helpful and nice!! I also appreciated that they made sure to help each person who arrived in the right order, which is not something all walk in clinics pay attention to!
I brought my Girlfriend here because she had a high fever and bad cough. We waited an hour and a half before we were ever seen by a physician. When the Doctor did come in she was rude. She checked my gf's tonsils and described her throat as"gross" and "disgusting". When my gf was describing her symptoms the doctor told her she didn't believe her. On top of this one of the nurses was overly rough when giving the flu and strep test. This was very rude and unprofessional behavior. The only good thing was that the nurse that gave her the rocephin shot was exceptionally nice, and if I could rate her individually she would get 5 stars. However, the overall experience still only merits 1 star. We were there for over 2 hours overall and we will not be going back.
