Phone trouble? Any trouble technologically speaking? This is the place! Having the absolute worst luck I've had in years, I thought my charger port was broken on my phone. So with what little battery I had left I looked up this location. Jonathan Chapman, a sales associate, gave me a discount for being a student at MSU, then went straight to work fixing my phone. He found lint and dirt in my port and cleaned it, refunded me the charge, and basically made my day. This branch has helpful employees, is incredibly efficient, and incredibly pleasant to work with.
It was great. They were extra nice. I was worried about my phone and my car all at once and they still tried to make me feel better about that lol. Really nice employees and A1 service . Will be coming here again

I just want to give a huge shout-out to CPR Cell Phone Repair Starkville! I took an iPhone in yesterday that literally looked like it’d been run over by a 2-ton truck and then backed up over again. They were so positive in hopes of getting it back up and running and they did! And they even stayed past closing hours to get it fixed for me (even though I told them it wasn’t necessary)! Their prices are VERY reasonable, they’re OVER-THE-TOP friendly, and truly experts in their field. If you have a phone, tablet, etc., that needs a new screen, take it to them! VERY FAST, too!! I can’t recommend them highly enough...a huge breath of fresh air here in Starkville. All businesses could take lessons on their superb customer service!
