When you change from an A+ Store to this it's obvious in 2 minutes. Walk away.
"Him" said "You have read this contract for 24 hours before I'll rent you a box. "Come back tomorrow at 10AM". Yea sure buddy.

I was SHOCKED.
All the staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful. They all go out of their way to provide 1st class service.
So I went to the USPS, got a box, called UPS in H'Burg that was holding packages for me and arranged forwarding for 9 bucks. In about the same time I was at this store being lectured on contracts.
I moved to Starkville from Central MS and needed a UPS box change.
The main guy who works there is very condescending and does not listen to you at all. I called again to cancel a package and got left on hold for 10 minutes because they "forgot about me". I called again to ask where my refund was and he spent 10 minutes explaining how they used a box already and that $19 of my $40 would only be refunded for a package that never left the store within 2 hours after I dropped it off.
I've NEVER had such GREAT service in this area of the country!

Update:. Since work is mobile I went to the UPS store in Columbus. What a difference in attitude, on and out in 10 minutes. Adios Mr 'read this contract and come back tomorrow' man.
Cool. They actually approached me, as I entered, took my paperwork, placed it in an envelope, promptly pulled up my account info correctly, and quickly quoted me Exact Delivery options, times, and prices!
I was in here today to ship a package and purposefully gave me a discount to minimize shipping fees, the main guy who works there told me he's here to help the people and not for making profit, I will be returning here every time I have to ship something!
It went like this (after reading the CS reviews...), I walked in and was greeted by a young cleark, I'd like to rent a box. She actually seemed to shiver and said "You have to talk to him".. (I'm guessing that "him" is mentioned in other reviews.)
I will avoid, will not use, will not endorse. To bad there isn't a 0 star rating.
