Unreliable. I cannot speak to their service since they never showed up. I scheduled an appointment days in advance and emphasized I was coming from Jackson to meet them. Not only did they fair to show up, they promised they would send someone out but instead waited until 5 pm on a Friday and just stopped answering the phone. So we were without AC all weekend with no effort to remedy their no show.
