It is a great clinic, and the staff is amazing.
That is 3 out of 3 reviews (100%) agree about staff being horrible.
There are many other patients who do not know or have time to write a review.
The staff is compassionate and helpful, in my experience. The doctors are wonderful and the building itself is clean and well kept. Out of all the other clinics around North Mississippi, this is the best I have ever been to! Also, during a scare with my daughter, they made us an appointment and saw us right away with no problems.

Good staff, friendly, competent. However, like many doctors they tend to not listen to their patients or their patients' parents, which is very frustrating. After referral to specialists, get told the exact thing you tried to explain to them back in their office. Not unique to this group but frustrating.
Only 4 reviews as of now. 1 is not even related but the other two agree on Staff.
Doctors are good(2 stars for doctors). But I have to strongly agree with other reviewers Staff was just horrible!! The way they speak is as if though they are paying us(meaning patients). Rude to the core. I think they know that the Starkville residents have no other option but to go to Starkville Pediatric Clinic. (0 stars for staff).
I love the doctors and nurses here, every one is super friendly and very knowledgable. I trust my child in their hands 100%. However, appointments take FOR.EV.ER. it's not uncommon to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment and continuing sitting for an additional 30-45 min before being called back. it's also not uncommon to sit in the private room for 45 min to an hour. It's just super inconvenient for working parents who want to make appointments but can never be guaranteed to be seen at the set appointment time.
