Courteous staff, clothes were ready on time. They have the cheapest prices after calling the other cleaners in town. I will definintely continue to keep going here.
This place is incredibly unprofessional and a staff member was very rude to me. I called in advance to request professional measurements for a dress fitting on a Friday afternoon and they said that I could get them. I came straightafter work and arrived at 4:40, they close at 5. The lady at the counter today me it was 4:40 and she wasn't doing it. I told her whoever I spoke to on the phone told me they do it and that it was still business hours and it wouldn't take long and I needed the measurements before the weekend. She continued to sit at the desk, on the phone and said that she was not doing it and had invoices to go over. I told her she was extremely unprofessional and she laughed at me. Absolutely ridiculous. I couldn'tve came any sooner due to work and if it is still business hours, you should do the service.
Last winter I took in an pair of Italian made dress pants and a Charles Tyrwhit tailored shirt. First the clothes were “miss placed” and when the did finally call me for to pick up my clothes they where not mine. They handed me some cheap dress pants and a polo shirt that looked similar, both were way to big on me. I tried and tried to reason with them. They refused to believe the cost of the items I gave them for cleaning. Don’t be lazy, find another cleaner.
I'm just trying to pick something up that I dropped off a week or so ago and the door is locked during their normal business hours with no explanation on the door or anything. This has been about 3 days in a row now. I'll just drive to Columbus from now on to get uniform alterations.
