Called and asked for delivery and was told they won't come to my apartment. I asked them if this wasn't in their delivery area. They said not tonight. I was buying for a large group. They lost this sale and future sales. After calling competitors, I was given a reasonable explanation for no delivery on game night. That part didn't bother me so much, but they way the girl on the phone spoke to me did. When she asked for my address and I gave it, she just said, "We're not doing that." No explanation, no apology, no nothing.
The meat is one of their best option to try. There is no seats available for customers but the quality is excellent.
This is one of my favorite pizza places, their service is so good and the pizza is always hot and fresh!
I made a mistake on their website when ordering my pizza. They were super nice about it and even remade my pizza. Excellent customer service and very helpful. Great pizza too! Thanks Papa John's!
Papa Johns used to be awesome... haven't eating there in years. Ordered a pizza and all was good until we got the pizza home. It was undercooked, toppings just thrown on and how difficult is it to cut the pizza. I actually had to saw thru the half cut pieces. Guess I will find a new place to order pizza
