Had a Tritronics collar that I'd gotten years ago for a previous dog. Worked great then. After years of sitting "on the shelf," I couldn't get it to recharge. Was very happy to learn I could replace just a battery. Online order went smoothly and shipping was fine as well. Was a bit disappointed the battery didn't last longer than it did, but $30 or so beat the heck out of buying a replacement collar and remote back then and figured I'd do it again today. Rather than an online order, I chose to call this time to re-order. Heather took my call.

While greeting each other I inquired about the expected life of a replacement battery. Without me even making such a request, she put me on hold to inquire with a product specialist and came back on the phone saying they ought to last longer so they were going to ship me out a replacement battery to be dispatched today. That was more than I expected being such a small customer as an amateur attempting to train my first working dog.
