So delighted to find a pharmacy here that puts customer service and satisfaction foremost! Very friendly and helpful people. Easy to speak with a pharmacists without any barriers. When you dial their number a real live human answers without any frustrating phone trees. They want everyone to be delighted with their service. Absolutely the best of the many Starkville pharmacies I've tried.
I have used several pharmacies in town and this is the first one that truly cares about me as a client. You are greeted by name when you enter (after the first couple of visits), and while he closes early on Saturdays (2pm) and isn't open on Sundays, he will be the first to tell you to call him in an emergency. I cannot sing his praises loud enough.
Friendly and helpful staff, very willing to answer questions. I also love that it is a small business and that they have a drive thru window!
Best pharmacist ever! Love B.J. he is very friendly and helpful. When my parents were sick he helped me so much with medications from different Dr's their interactions with each other, side effects, etc. even foods that would react with certain meds. Would never use a different pharmacy in the Starkville area.
