I'm convinced that the store in Starkville has the worst manager. I had a question that I asked the sales associate who was not able to answer my question. Two other associates also asked if I needed help. After they couldn't help me, one lady asked her manager for help. The manager didn't even respond back. That one star rating is to the nice sales ladies. The manager is absolutely the worst leader I have ever seen. Who wants to work for a manager that ignores you? Ridiculous.
The manager is very nice. Everybody mistakes the older lady as the manger she is very rude. She ignored me a few times upon entering the store. So I came back days later to speak with the manager and it wasn't the same lady that ignored me. The manger was very nice and helpful. Been shopping there for years.
