I reserved a Standard SUV, but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was disappointingly small (Jeep Patriot). I googled Jeep Patriot and even the manufacturer listed it as a Compact SUV. I brought this to the attention of two employees at Enterprise, who each shrugged it off, simply stating that Enterprise lists it as a Standard SUV. Given that I had to haul quite a bit of materials, this was definitely problematic. I even called Enterprise Customer Service, had to leave a voicemail (!), and after 3 days, have yet to hear back from them. My records show that I have rented from Enterprise 9 times in the past year. Not counting this issue, I have had 2 other issues, which they addressed fairly. However, now I will be contacting a local car rental company and probably giving them a shot.
They had our rental waiting on us when we arrived at the FBO in Starkville, MS. Very nice clean car. I stopped by the Enterprise office, every one was so friendly and went out of there way to make sure I was happy with my rental.
No problems just don't know that they went beyond the call to receive 5.
It's one of two car rental establishments but gravel parking lot and unfriendly associates. It wasn't very clean if you have to wait, DON'T.
We initially picked up our car in Jackson. We had a hard time fitting our car seat into it. We came here to swap out our existing car. They swapped our car for us, with no problem. Both gentlemen were very helpful. Excellent customer service!
