I was involved in a car accident recently and the insurance company sent me to Enterprise. When we arrived, Enterprise was out of vehicles and we came to U-Save. The insurance company was able to swap everything over and get us in a rental the day of the accident. U-Save put us in the vehicle we requested that would accommodate our large family and reassured me that everything was taken care of. Courtney was so understanding and set my mind at ease about all that was going on because my nerves were very much on end. She was very kind and knowledgeable. If we ever have a need to rent again, we will only use U-Save. I will recommend U-Save to everyone I know.
I use U-Save several times a month for work. Courtney could not be any more accommodating. She even brought me keys on a Saturday when I couldn't get to the office to pick them up. I can get in touch with her any time, and she always gets right back with me. This makes my life so much easier when planning travel.
My high school friends and I used a 15 passenger to go to Orange Beach. This van was amazing!!! Courtney and Monty helped make the pick up and drop off easy. Also, we were able to make payments on our reservation beforehand so there was no confusion on who paid what, when.
I would like to ask why the office was freshly painted, and then the old furniture remained? It would be much more inviting with new furniture. :)
My Buddy and I rented a car for a week to get away for Labor Day. The price was lower than Enterprise and the car more than met our expectations. We had no problems at all. Mr. Monty and Ms. Courtney are always friendly and helpful and the rental process is quick and easy for a repeat renter. Ms. Courtney always takes care of me and has taken care of those I have referred as well. She greets me by name and with a smile when I walk in the door and she is the reason I keep coming back. Her customer service is always exceptional! I will definitely recommend U-Save to everyone I know.

I was fortunate enough to rent one of the their vans for a bachelorette trip. The vehicle was clean and in great condition when we got it. We had no issues with the vehicle at all. The customer service that was received was amazing. We had no problems at all. It was very roomy for 10 women going on a 8 hour round trip! Would recommend.

Also, please please ask renters to have the cars filled up to full when returning. It is very hard to try to fill up to 5/8 full when I am filling up before returning. This would make getting gas much easier.
