The knowledgeable and friendly staff at Ferguson & Coats have taken care of me for almost six years. There is never a wait and I get in and out quickly. I'm no fan of dental work, yet I have a very enjoyable experience each time I go.
I went to see them because of a mouth abscess. Instead of telling me that they wouldn't or couldn't help me with it, they tricked me into getting a bunch things I didn't want. This office will screw you over in every way they can.
Absolutely wonderful! Friendly staff, pain-free care, and very little wait time! I saw Dr. Coats for a cavity and if anyone can make you enjoy getting your tooth drilled on—it’s him! Walked me through every step and made sure I was completely numb! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend them!!
Dr. Coats and Dr. Ferguson, as well as the entire staff, have been tremendous to work with as a patient. I went in for my first appointment a few years ago knowing I needed extensive work done on a double-digit number of teeth. They worked with me to create a timeline for treatment that would not only get my mouth in good shape for the first time as an adult, but would keep the cost to me minimal by scheduling procedures around my insurance coverage. I had my final visit this week and now have a happy, healthy and well taken care of mouth full of teeth. I've recommended them to friends, family and anyone I meet who needs dental care.
