Poor job! I have them to put a crown that felt off, and the dental assistant working on me (not even the dentist) decided, without consulting me, to thin down the porcelain of the crown, leaving the metal exposed. So, when I smile I can see this 'silver spot' on my molar.
Hard working, no nonsense dentist with friendly and professional demeanor. Staff very friendly. Currently has only one hygienist (his wife), but she's fun to talk to and makes things as pleasant as possible. Excellent views outside through windows that reach very nearly from floor to ceiling. The background music is not to my taste, but tolerable. Make an appointment now - waiting list is long.
Is the only dentist I have ever went to that is both very nice and no games in and out as quick as possible with no nonsense what so ever. It takes longer to get numb than the three seconds to pull a tooth! I would recommend him to anyone! OH and they never turn anyone away walk in and you will be seen even if you have to wait he is a great dentist!!
At the end of the appointment when I realize what she had done, I expressed that I wasn't happy with that, she just said that is what she needed to do, and if I didn't like how it look, I could get a new crown for ~$900. I left very disappointed. I came back for a cavity, and this time the dentist, Rodney Waldrop, work on me. When he finished, I took the opportunity to let him know of what happen with crown and that I wasn’t happy with the ‘silver sport’, that I wish the dental assistant had let me know what was going on and if I would agree with the procedure. Well, Waldrop was defensive, and kept asking me “Do you want me to replace the crown at no cost?”, and I was just telling him that I wasn’t happy with the job they did, and I wanted him to know of the situation. He kept asking “Do you want me to replace the crown at no cost?”, and when I say “well, yes”, his answer was: “I don’t think so” and left the room! I was very displeasured by his reaction. I felt disrespected; he did not showed any sympathy forf my dissatisfied opinion of the procedure. I cancelled all my future appointments and I am not coming back. I DO NOT recommend this place. NEVER!
