Walmart Tire Center closes at 7:00 pm today. I got here at 6:30 after driving 35 miles. They told me they couldn't replace my blown out tire because there were too many vehicles ahead of me. If they did it would take 2 hours and they couldnt make employees stay after 7:00. But wait, they are already staying after 7:00 for all the vehicles ahead of me, right, if it would take 2 hours to get to me. And how long to put one tire on a rim? I was going to mount it on the car myself. I just needed it put on the rim.
Wow. I just asked someone at the deli counter for a sip of water because as I was waiting there, I became very faint. This happens sometimes, I am seven months pregnant (and it is very obvious). The ladies told me there was water up by the registers! Have a little compassion people. Btw, I had my 3 year old with me and no one else was waiting. They just didn't care to help out a fellow human being. Shameful!
Smelled so good when we walked in! Stocked nicely. As I left with my elderly lady friend, the clerk at the vision center sweetly waved to us goodbye. She had fixed my friend's glasses, and we didn't even know if she had bought them at Walmart! So kind!
Customer service center is always loud and partying. They are more concerned with visiting and socializing with coworkers, and yelling hey to people coming in and out of store than assisting customers in a professional manner. I don't care for my children to hear employees planning their trips to the liquor store and cussing.
Total lack of customer appreciation. Brought my truck for tire rotation. After over an hour I was finally told they were incapable of lifting my truck to do the rotation. The tech was polite, the people at the front desk seemed to be check collectors with no concerns for the customer. Starkvilles Walmart is second only to the Jackson County line road Walmart in dishing out rudeness and service. I will soon be changing pharmacies too. It was once excellent but in the last few weeks theres been a complete turnover in pharmacist and techs. All have bad attitudes and could care less if you are served or not. Lots of socializing and ignoring the customer. Registers are never manned and lines are looonnnnggg! Kroger is the place to go for groceries, and will soon be my go-to pharmacy.
