It was well taking care of. Very can and comfortable.
Location is great, lots of restaurants very near. Staff was extremely pleasant, rooms were clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean and hotel is located in a good spot. Two problems though, we had reserved a room with two queen beds and upon arrival they told us that there had been a mix-up and we couldn't only get full sized. I understand things like this can happen and it didn't prove to be too big of a problem. The second of the two was when some very noisy guests came into to the hotel at 1 am. Not only were they noisy but they managed to wake me up from a sound sleep. When I called downstairs to ask if they could do something about the problem, they blew me off and told me to be more understanding and that some guests come in late. That's fine and all but when they're making that much of a racket it's hard to overlook. The hotel was nice but the night staff needs to change.
Not sure yet what the final total will be, but... I booked this hotel due to location, it was advertised at a rate of 98.00 (with taxes the initial bill amount of 118.00 is understandable; what is not understandable is the additional 50.00 for incidentals...for a total of 168.00 (very deceptive, and not professional)
