I absoutely love it here and I've renewed for a third year! The staff is so friendly and nice! When and if there's a problem they take care of it immediately! They also offer the best deals and always treat their residents to fun events! It's also kid friendly! #LiveAtHaven
This is my second year living here and it's ok for the most part. Nearly everything is included (furniture, appliances, pool, gym, etc.) and you only have to bring your own personal items. However, they do not offer a 6 month lease which is unfornate when you are planned to graduate like in Dec. They recently added the required insurance that each resident supposed to have so that's an extra fee. Be careful about paying your rent because they're REAALLY quick about charging you (just had an irritating situation happened to me that still that's makes any sense but whatever *rolls eyes). They have giveaway prizes frequently which is cool. However, I have been a little skeptical about that situation since my former roommate claimed to have received a lot of these prizes whenever she was short on rent. I do not know how truthful that statement from her is but still skeptical nevertheless
Pool closes at 10:00pm during the summer.
I currently live at Haven 12 and I love it! The apartment itself is spacious with updated appliances and furniture.Their staff is super friendly and the grounds are very secure. Not to mention that the apartment complex is great choice if you're looking for something that's away from the heart of the city.They also have SMART buses, so a student's commute to campus very easy. I can honestly say that I don't regret my decision to live here. It is definitely worth the price.
Pool should be open until early morning or for 24 hours.
Watch out for hidden fees… you will pay for everything at the end of the year.

Haven 12 is a great living/learning community. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The apartments are fully furnished, you cannot beat that! The units are very spacious and modern. This complex is perfect for any student who wants to move off campus! It is really close to MSU and it also has SMART bus transportation for students to get to and from campus. Overall Haven 12 is an AWESOME place to live!!
