The employees were split between amazing service with a smile and some who all but told you that you were in the way.

I read your review before posting mine. How dare you post a horrible lie about customer service here. We were greeted with a smile and service with enjoy. I am school teacher close to the same, because of working with the public. Your compliant are need in other area.

Fast food, Excellent service! FRIENDLY!! The team is amazing and always making sure stuff is clean and stocked. Food was hot and came out very quickly
Got half our orders wrong, couldn't make change for one of the orders, all of the blizzards were a mess - this place was awful and we won't be back. They only got one star because that I had to give them at least one, or it would have been none. We won't try this place again.
Then there the food, which is why the 2 stars. One order of the chicken strips were grossly undercooked. Then, I found hair in 2 cups of gravy and on the fries, all three pieces were obviously from different people too. The food that was cooked properly and hair free was good though.
I'll try it again after if it makes it until next year.
The floors were so slippery/greasy you can't hardly walk in places. And the spot mopping they do if you say something just makes it worse.
The employees are friendly & always welcoming & greeting their customers with a beautiful smile ..
