I went to McDonald’s tonight and I am very displeased with this lack of detail given by these workers. They messed up my order once.... I went back for the correction of my order and they messed it up again! I give up!
Smells bad on the inside where u order and they very slow on getting food out... Drinks was weak..
Awesome place...best McDonalds I ever visited. Staff courteous..facility neat...staff working in CONCERT...pausing to greet customers without missing a beat on service! Wow! Mississippi State visitor from Louisiana!
Went in to order chicken tenders because they have posters all over the place and was told none would be available until this evening. So I ordered biscuits and gravy and again not available. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff seem to take great pleasure in telling me the didn't have what I was asking for.
If you go during the day you’ll be fine, but if you go during the night shift then prepare to be amazed by the stupidity of these workers. First off, they’re extremely rude. If you go through the drive thru into the second lane even if there are no cars in the first, they will ignore you. Then if you wait for 10 minutes and someone pulls up after you in the other lane, they will take their order first, continuing to ignore you (This has happened every time). They always claim their ice cream machine is broken when in fact it is not. They have made a hot fudge and then turned around and said that the machine is broken to me when I ordered. Also, if you want a Signature Crafted sandwich, this is not the place to go. They couldn’t get my order right after 6 tries, and even tried to pass off a Big Mac as my order. They couldn’t make the right sandwich when the instructions were right in front of their faces (they have pictures how to make the sandwich in front of the burger line). So if you want cold food and the wrong items, go ahead and go here during the night shift. But beware of the rude tattooed worker who makes the burgers at night. If he doesn’t like you, he will refuse to make your food correctly even if it’s his fault it was messed up in the first place.
