The atmosphere is great, the baristas are friendly, and the music playing in the background is at perfect volume. Def check this place out if you're in town!
Strange Brew offers a unique variety of tea, coffee and treats in a fun enviornment. I certainly enjoy the humor and witty bits you can find throughout the entirety of the business. It is a very busy place. That being said, I feel like she could use a good scrubbing/dusting but I must say that’s trying HARD to find criticism for those who think there’s always room for improvement. Check them out in Tupelo as well! You won’t be sorry that you did!
Always had friendly, fast service and amazing selection and quality. A little pricey, but so is anything in Starkville. If I’m gonna spend 4-6 dollars on a coffee, strange brew is always my first choice.
It's small and dark, which doesn't mix well with my mild claustrophobia, especially since it's popular with college students. Still the best coffee in Starkville though, and the best place for quirky, nerdy mugs. And they put a chocolate covered bean on every cup!
Coolest vibe and super friendly staff. I tried an iced s’mores latte and it was super yummy. Definitely try this place when you’re in town. It gets crowded with students studying, but don’t let that deter you. It’s what a cooler, hipster Central Perk wishes it was.
Way better than Starbucks! I had a hot mocha coffee with soy milk and it was perfect. The chocolate covered coffee bean they sit on the lid is a nice surprise.
