Went in and placed a to-go order on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The manager was extremely rude and wasn’t helpful at all. Told her what i wanted and she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. So I pointed to what I wanted and asked her to leave out the guacamole. When I get my order it’s completely wrong. She claimed that’s what I pointed to and she couldn’t change it. While we were taking she kept walking off randomly leaving me standing there not knowing what’s going on. In the end she refused to give me the correct order and told me that I would have to pay for a different order. No only did she give me the wrong food, it also had guacamole on it after I made it very clear I didn’t want it. Oh and they have a “to go” fee. They charge you extra for every single item on your ticket just because it’s to go.
Excellent food. Clean restaurant. Friendly & accommodating staff. Son has multiple food allergies- manager went above & beyond making non-menu dish. Building being remodeled, but great quality remains.
A classic Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are amazingly nice. I would recommend the Special Dinner or the P5 when they are feeling generous with the cheese. They have great specials on beer and margaritas as well.
My favorite Mexican restaurant in Starkville! Has all the usual offerings a standard Mexican restaurant has plus some! Service has always been fast and friendly even during busy times!
This is the second time I ordered a To-go meal and received awful service. I said this isn't right, I want the salad with the shell. Both of them said well you have to pay for the second meal also. And he refused to refund my money. If I were a dine-in customer I would've received better service and the correct food. Do not go to this Mexican restaurant. You have 3 other options in Starkville.
