Went it to get a quick meal and the lady wrung my order up wrong twice and gave a "nice" attitude..didn't even try to fix it the second time after I heard her tell her coworkers "look at this stupid fool"...
Back when I was in college the staff was very immature and unprofessional. Perhaps they've improved but restaurants in this town had a pretty low standard anyway.
The food is very good but the service sucks for some reason to might I'm in a really exhausting mood and I've been waiting 30 minutes on my order! I'm seriously pissed and ready to go home
Came home with our food and within minutes found a fly cooked into our dirty rice.
Service fluctuates, depending on the manager and crew. Sometimes it's friendly and quick, other times it rude and slow. Chicken is always good but watch the sides...the rude slow bunch will skimp bad...like they are too lazy to pick you the spoon with it full... Popeyes elsewhere are much more generous with their servings.
