The prices and food can always be counted on and the restaurant is usually clean for a fast food place, but the cashiers can be extremely rude, the lines can go incredibly slow due to poor management, and they let their sweet tea go bad so it’s really hit or miss. Their drive thru is also poorly designed because if you decide you don’t want to wait to be able to order, there is a giant curb separating it from the rest of the parking lot, leaving you stuck waiting in line with everyone else whether you want to order or not.
Food was good and prepared as expected. Wait in drive-thru was excessive, as compared to similar experiences. Order was entered slightly incorrectly (large instead of medium I had ordered, but not a deal breaker). Window staff was courteous.
Most times, it is 5 stars. Sometimes, the staff are not interested.I would give 4.9, if allowed. The food is consistent. The managers and regular staff always greet me with a smile and volunteer a senior discount.
I was in and out of the drive thru in a matter of 2-3 minutes, very fast without sacrificing the quality of the food.
The staff is very nice and helpful. Kayla took my order and she was so friendly! The food is always good but a great atmosphere is hard to find. This place has both, would recommend!
