I love this place! I have never been the type to consistently have my nails done, but they keep me coming back. My dip nails, or gel lasts for 2.5 to 3 weeks even with my active life.
The woman who did my pedicure seemed miserable. She spoke in monotone and imperative sentences to me during my entire visit. She didn't thank me even after tipping her. My hot towel smelled soured and I left with sour smelling legs and feet. Several of my toenails were jagged from poor filing. For the price, there are better options around than what I received. I can see from other reviews that this isn't the norm for this nail bar. Perhaps it was the lack of enjoyment and engagement the woman performing my services had. I was disappointed. As I finish this review she is sitting in her chair staring off into space with a scowl on her face. Again, disappointed and a bit disgusted.
I have never wanted to get up and leave without my nails even being finished so bad. The way the nail tech was speaking was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I have never heard so many curse words leave the mouth of someone in customer service. She was so rough with my nails and kept yanking my arms so far across the counter. I left very disappointed.
I asked my nail tech to do an ombré and she did a solid color. After I spoke up she became very rough with me. Even after I showed her where my fingers were bleeding.
I let my toe nail polish dry for over an hour while I was getting a manicure and when I got home it had smudged because she put too much polish on my toe nails. I got acrylic on my nails with gel on top and that is also peeling off after 3 days where it usually lasts over 3 weeks when I went somewhere else in the past. I went back to get my toes fixed and made sure to stay extra long and wear sandals to let them dry and they had smudged by the time I got home. Very disappointed
