Horrible experience and I’ve given them multiple chances. My nail tech on 12/21 was very rude. He was extremely aggressive during manicure. Didn’t greet me initially or say thanks afterwards once I paid and tipped. Went to drying station after my manicure and he didn’t offer to pick up my shoes. He moved them over in front of me and motioned for me to pick up my own shoes (my nails were not dry.) Wont be returning.
Best nail salon i've ever been to. The employees are amazing and very kind. Never been disappointed. Highly recommended.
The guy had my nail beds and cuticles sore! He was kind of reckless with the buffer tool. He nicked my cuticle and it bled a little... didn't even acknowledge it. Idk if it's because they were approaching closing or what but he just wasn't very careful or attentive. The lady that did my toes and brows was great!!! She's the reason I'm giving a 3. If I was to go back I would only deal with her.
Discrimination at its finest! Starkville residents and Miss St students DO NOT give this salon your business!!! Why would you choose to give your money where services are refused to you based on the way you look? Who wants to be belittled and humiliated when you are a paying customer giving these people your time and hard-earned money?!?! Misunderstanding? I think not!!!! I understood perfectly well how they made me feel. #unprofessional
if i could i would not have put any stars. The man who did mine and my friends nails was very rude. He rushed through everything and belittled my friend because of her nail beds. I highly do not recommend this place.
