This salon is the absolute best. kara and the other ladies treat everyone very well! i always feel.special when i go here! if you want color or cut they are your go to place!
Have to give rating as a 1, because there's no zero for rating! Took pictures of coloring that I wanted, but left almost 3 hours later with something totally different! When I complained the Salon offered to put a gloss on my hair, why wasn't this done the day of my "coloring"? Stay away from Tokros unless you want some rainbow coloring in your hair! After I complained and ask for my money back(Tokros) states they don't refund! When I saw all staff with every color of the rainbow in their hair I should of ran! Wasted $196.00
My cut took 20 minutes (including the time it took to wash!) and it's a traditionally men's cut but I was charged $40. I was booked for a men's cut and I got a men's cut and the cost of a men's cut is $25. The manager talked in circles about gender and blah blah blah....it's about the time it took, the amount of time I blocked off in that stylist's schedule and the effort my cut required, not what you think or what I think about who I am. It has nothing to do with my gender. It took twenty minutes and an introductory skill level. 20 minute cut in a 30 minute booking is a lower cost service than a 45 minute cut in a one hour booking. It appears that Tokros charges customers based on their perceived genitalia and because of this unintelligent approach to business I will not be returning. Ironically, their website explicitly says: "We don't discriminate: If you're buying, we're selling." FYI: If two people walk into a store and receive the same service but you charge one person more based on their status characteristics (such as race, religion or perceived genitalia), that is the very definition of discrimination.
went there one time for a haircut it was Okay, for the price i could just get the MVP at sports clips, i'm leaving one star because I just tried calling to make reservations for a second appointment and got hung up on twice. You could hear the person pick the phone up and slam it back down. Not a good way to treat costumers trying to give you their business
This place has really great atmosphere. I am always satisfied after a haircut here. The employees are very nice and fun to talk to. Set up an appointment to schedule their services
