The staff is friendly and sweet. Each time I've been in, they've cut my hair like I've asked while making sure the haircuts suits me by taking the time to show me how to style my hair afterwards. I'm very happy with the overall service.
If the hours are until 6pm and you walk up at 5:50 shouldn't you be able to get a haircut? Apparently not at the smartstyle in Starkville.

Never get a haircut here. I got a terrible cut and then waited 1 hour for them to fix it and I still had 5 people in front of me. I left my name and number and the manager never called me. All they told me was "we have a 1-800 number you can call." I rate this place -10.
