I had a blowout and had the tire replaced here. Somehow, I woke up the find the tire that they had put on had gone flat overnight. I called them up and they promptly drove out to my place and replaced it on the spot at no charge and in no time at all. Great service and will use again.
I have been going to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers for over eight years. I have always received outstanding service and I only trust them to work on my car. I had a recent experience that almost made me reconsider where I took my business. My air was not working properly and a few test were run to see why my AC was not working. I paid for a part replacement and my AC worked fine. I took my car back two days later because my AC was blowing hot air once again. They looked at my car and determined there was a leak they did not notice the first time. I felt it was ridiculous to keep paying money because problems on the car weren't noticed during the first test. I felt that I was continuously putting money into the service but nothing was truly fixed. I talked to the manager about my concerns and he was very kind and understanding. He gave me an awesome deal on the part as well as the labor cost. I'm happy to say I take my car to a place where the management has integrity.
