Gateway has the worst customer service! Even after agreeing with me that a lug nut, which they said was damaged and charged me to replace and install without telling me before I went to pick it up, broke while it was being turned to the right (which is the direction you turn them to put them on), the representative just wanted me out of the office, and refused to resolve the issue. I refuse to pay for something that Gateway broke and say nothing about it. I know they deal with a lot of college kids here who don't know better, but that is no excuse charge customers for their mistakes!
Great service, never try to overcharge you , customer oriented
I went there due to two screws in my tire. Usually when I go in for a patch to places they always tell me I need a new tire! Gateway checked the tire and told me only 1 screw went through and only charged me for one patch! They were honest and fast! I waited for my car and it took them about 30 minutes and there were others there before me.
They were very helpful in fixing my flat. I had a long wait, but they were short handed after taking one to the hospital. Other than that service was excellent
They are the best. What else can you say?
