My fiancee has tires from R & M Tires with a warranty and roadside assistance. We drove there from our home in Columbus with a bulging tire, only to be told they didn't have a tire in stock they could use to replace it. The delivery was several days late. Nine days later, we made a return trip to get the tire replaced. The two round trips total about 100 miles. I was expecting some gasoline reimbursement since they should have come to us rather than having us drive 75 miles on a bulging tire. Then we found out we were going to have to pay. We had to pay part of the cost of the new tire, as well as paying to have it balanced, paying a disposal fee for the old tire, and paying for the warranty of the new tire. In the end, between the fees and the gasoline, we paid about what a new tire would cost to replace a tire only half way into its warranty.
They scratched my rim installing tires and claimed it was there before. Be sure to inspect your rims before and after all tire work.
I went back the next day to ask for my old tires back and a refund, but was told my tires were gone. On top of that, the owner would do nothing to refund me for my trouble. He offered to sell me new tires and charge me the difference in price, but I elected to go buy new tires somewhere else. I do not recommend anyone to do business at R&M!
I had a tire replaced on my truck. In less than 20 minutes they had removed the tire replaced it with a new one and the cost was great cheaper than anywhere else. Thank you R&M
Bought 3 used tires from R&M, and one of them blew out the very next day. Upon further inspection, the three tires were extremely dry rotted and not in safe condition.
