Electrical outlets don't work, doors which were supposed to protect our luggage didn't lock, and they don't honor contracts. On our way home, the doors at the bottom of the bus OPEN UP AND PEOPLE'S LUGGAGE FELL OUT on Jackson Ave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't EVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give this company a NEGATIVE ONE MILLION REVIEWS I would.
This incident involves ACR Coach, owned by Randy Futral (acrcoach dot com). We did a group trip from Sept 4-11th, 2017, from Memphis TN to Hagerstown, MD, Fishkill, NY Alexandria, VA, and finally, back home to Memphis, TN. Our buses were unsafe and in unkempt condition. One bus driver had very unsafe habits, such as texting while driving, not being allowed to have enough sleep (ACR put him out to drive after they knew he'd only had 2.5 hrs of sleep), the defrost on the bus didn't work yesterday, Sept 11th while it was raining, so the driver couldn't see properly, which caused him to have to manually wipe windshield. Because of being busy wiping the windshield, he didn't see an 18-wheeler getting over, and he had to brake really hard, scaring the life out of everyone, with stuff flying to the front of the bus. There were also leaks from the ceiling because of the rain.
Don't contact the owner or the staff to help, as they will avoid you. EVERY TIME you call in, it'll be "oh, she's not in the office." Whenever I texted Randy, I saw that he was reading messages, but wouldn't answer. I had to call from a different phone that he didn't recognize, and then he answered. He's a crook.
They'll show lots of interest in you...before you've paid your money. But once you've paid, that's it.
We paid over $15,000 for the 2 buses, but the drivers themselves said that "Randy gave you guys their two worst buses...buses 61 and 67". This trip needs to be refunded, but Randy isn't honest enough for that.
