I love living here! The reviews three years ago made me think twice but the price won me over and I'm glad it did! The office staff is friendly and very helpful, I've never had even one awkward encounter, maintenance comes same day, I've never seen a single bug, and they're constantly renovating and replacing so everything just gets better and better. I really have never had a problem in three years. I have no idea why some people are so negative, I guess people only write reviews to complain. But I would highly recommend living here, besides offering all the amenities you could think of, dog park, pool, work out room, washer and dryers, etc, they have some really great leasing specials, College Station and the Polos is a total find!
You definitely get the most for you money here. Free cable, fiber optics, water, utilities and rent are pretty low. And the customer service is phenomenal.

Great place to live. It's affordable well kept up with a pool and hot tub.
Average customer service. Apartment is full of roaches but it used to be dirt cheap.
