When they do actually come, they do not do a thorough job. They leave their materials and messes behind. They test their roofing glue on our trees and grass. We have had to call them repeatedly for the same issues.
They showed up and had no idea how to fix our gas oven nor did they try to do anything, called later and told us we needed a new one. They then sent a bill for the service call where they came and did nothing.
Good people, very knowledgeable, that Spence guy is the best.
