I stopped here this morning, I just needed a bolt to re-secure a tailpipe. Something I would have done if I was at home, but being from out of town didn't have tools or bolts to work with. I was completely willing to pay for a few minutes of their time but my truck was fixed and they would not accept payment. I am very impressed definitely would recommend this shop...

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service and repair of our older Toyota Avalon. All of our questions about the repair were answered before, during and after the work was completed. In early December my son, a freshman at State, blew his engine. His older brother came to his rescue and called Performance (who he has used throughout his college time) and had the vehicle towed in. Chris looked at it and worked up an estimate (replace engine!) My oldest son called me with the bad news. I was very sceptical about having an expensive repair done away from own mechanic (in Hattiesburg). I called Chris and discussed the situation with him and asked him to work up some alternates including having it shipped to Hattiesburg. I called my local mechanic in Hattiesburg (who I trust) and asked him to price out the work. It turned out the Perfrormance numbers were lower (excluding the hauling). I spoke to Chris several times before making a decision and finally agreed to let him do the work. They got the work completed within a week. I cannot say enough about the patience Cris showed and the support he gave me in helping with the decision. I now feel that I have a mechanic in Starkville I can count on while my youngest son is in school.
