We've been here a week and I love it! The phase one unit we're in is old. It's seen a lot of tenants throughout the years. We have had a few random and strange maintenance issues which were taken with full urgency and resolved quickly. As a matter of fact, someone just left at 10 pm on a Saturday! Our AC unit wouldn't cool below 75/76... I called it in, within 30 minutes they were here. When all standard stuff checked out, they didn't shrug their shoulders, they topped off refrigerant, added insulation to tiny exposed lines and waited to ensure it cooled at least a bit more before leaving. THAT my friends is how proper property management rolls!
A nice place live, quiet, big apartment
I would like to give the staff at Crossgates apartments a big shout out and thank you! Thanks for providing a top notch place to live for the last 3 years! You guys made us feel like family with all the special events like pool parties crawfish boils etc... thanks guys I would recommend anyone to live their! Go by and see Pamela Hanson Rose Dean Pamela Rogers Charter, Dustin! The apartments are super nice, spacious, and come with unlimited wifi and cable, and all appliances. It's convenient, minutes from campus and shopping. They have a pool, hot tub, basket ball court, and volley ball court. They also have free tanning and a fitness center. I can honestly say it was easy living there with our hectic work schedules! It's nice to come home a place like Crossgates! Thanks again guys you rock!
Perfect ! The staff especially the manager are very accommodating. But.. they are about their business.. regarding the lease and the conditions you leave it. They are serious but fair.
Have tons of events and very attentive to family atmosphere at these events. And...they love pets,
I love my apartment! It is very spacious and comfy! I have never had issues with any of staff memebers! They are always very helpful , nice and friendly. I enjoy that it is very quiet and peaceful. If you like quietness , spacious , friendly staffed environments .. this is the place to be!
