住的挺好的 环境不错 不过这个landlord是比较不准时 还有 签约的时候不要住在靠马路的1 2这两个号码的房子 比较吵 其他的都挺好
If you do not want to be bullied by the landlord, you should stay away from this apartment complex. The landlord does not know what mutual respect is.You never can reach the landlord over the phone. There even no way you can leave a voice message. And very rarely, you can catch him in his office. I finally meet his in person after driving to his office for at least 6 time. Most importantly, even if you have an appointment with him and the time is picked by him, there is a huge chance that he will not show up. Also, if he showed up half hour late, you still needs to feel thankful for his showing up. Basically, he wants you to BEG him to give you a place to live. Overall, he has a very bad attitude, at least in my case. He made me cry, literally, and showed no respect. But his mom over Triangle is a very reasonable person.
I lived at Parkside before it was Parkside. I'm one of the children that grew up at 319 North Jackson. The area is a terrific location. Close to campus,downtown, schools. I love Starkville!
I've been living at Parkside for almost 3 years now. Never had any problems... The manager is a great person hard to get on the phone but very friendly. At first I was worried that there would be a lot of shady people living here because of the low price but was presently surprised when all my neighbors where very friendly and present to live by. The only reason I would not suggest Parkside would be because of there no pet policy.
