Fired on day off because couldn't come in while my mom was in hospital having bypass surgery then weather got bad had to have my child picked up before 1only way found that out was because the news they count everything and isn't organized enough for me if you are a single parent or only child near by that helps your family find something better Cuz its not worth it good luck.
It is horrible I would not recommend anyone work here. If you have children it takes up most of your time and if your in school you better learn how to juggle school and work
Shittiest job I have even had management sucks ANYBODY can be a supervisor even with no history on the job, they do not care about the workers, management very is unprofessional even the HR people don't do their job when you try to report things. They add in new restrictions and rules that make no since every other day, you can't have ANY social life working there and now they are about to make the center 24/7. Even if a family member dies they do not want to give adequate time off! I was fired from sitel because I was in a car accident and had to take days off... I had a drs excuse and I was fired anyway because the call in people failed to let my boss know what happened AS always And HR still hasn't gotten back to me about it and it's been a month
