I absolutely love the renovations that they have made! And Ebony is amazing... Since she has started working there, it's been an amazing experience living here for my friends. She's always been there to answer any questions and honestly, I'm ready to sign my lease for my senior year.
Ok. So first I'd like to start off by saying that I've lived in Starkville for 7 years as a college student and stayed somewhere new every year; Campus Trails, College Station, Twenty One, The Pointe, Aspen Heights, & Helix. This is my favorite place out of all of them. It's a 2 bedroom townhouse, and I'm use to living in a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment. I love that I only have to share my spot with one person. Also, the most important thing that sets this apartment complex from the others, is their customer service. I feel like there will always be problems no matter where you live, but how they are dealt with makes the difference. With any issues that I have had, they were fixed the SAME day. My roommate and I weren't a perfect fit. They matched me with a new roommate within 2 days, and we get along great. The office employees, Ebony and Alexis really are making my new living experience amazing despite any issues that may occur. Oh, and there are no hidden fees. They make you aware of all expenses and everything that you have to pay for upfront, and the gift cards they let you know a more accurate time of when to expect them, and how to use them as far as applying to your rent or if you want to use it for anything else.
The late fees for rent are ridiculous. You will pay $100 even if it's only a day late. I was told I was getting a new dryer a month ago and never got it. I am moving out this year after living here 3 years and loving it before it became the block and I can't wait. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
The new owners have been a pleasure so far. They have remodeled the older apartments and updated the outside with a new paint job and flowers. The management and maintenance are quick to respond and resolve concerns.
