I lived at The Pointe for about 3 years. Overall I liked living there but it had nothing to do with them. Parking is terrible. They go up on the rent every year you stay there. Anyone has access to the property and your building. My apartment was broke into through the balcony door and the only thing The Pointe did was charge me and my roommate's for the damages afterwards. After moving out of a unit that I lived in for 3 years with constant roommate changes I was charged $700 because they lost my move in form stating half the damages were already there. After disputing the charge I never heard anything back from their corporate office. I would recommend spending a little bit more to save a lot more in the end. They rip off college students... there aren't people that get much lower than that.
Moved in this August and LOVING it so far. Known a few b4 me that lived here and enjoyed it too. I say in a 2Bedroom.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! I lived here for two years and it was the worst experience ever. The workers do not know what they are doing and will tell you incorrect information. The managers are both rude and totally unprofessinal. They makeup and change policies as they go along and try fining you. Know your rights and the laws because they will try to go around it in order to get your money. The management is completely disorganized and a mess. No one there has any idea what is going on. Maintenance will walk in your apartment unannounced even though they are supposed to knock and wait 15 seconds. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
the staff here is really nice and helpful. had to wait til move-in day to figure out move-in arrangements and they were able 2 get me signed up and moved in all in the same day, even when everyone else was moving in. liked it here so far, and it is really close to class
Been here for what seems like forever. The people in the office and the property have improved immensely since when I first moved in. When I first got here, I might not have recommended. Today, I definitely can and do recommend living here.
