By far one of the least pleasant customer experiences I've ever had. Twice I tried renting a truck and three times they send me someplace 2 hours away. I couldn't get anything from them no matter how far in advance I tried to reserve. Ended up going to Penske in Columbus instead.
The truck I wanted was unavailable but the lady working offered to take my name and number to call once it was available. Suggested other options that could work.
Customer service was nice, but the truck they gave us is filthy. The whole dash was sticky with spilled drinks, floor littered with food crumbs, and ants climbing inside, all over the dash.
Very friendly staff.
